I got the personalized nurses bag as a end of December Birthday gift. It arrived in a timely manner and was beautiful. The recipient was very impressed and love it. Thanks you all are great!!

Upon opening liked ornaments ordered
Upon opening liked ornaments ordered however wasn’t thrilled. UNTILL brown film peeled off and the light shined thru! Precision cut around “stuff” in picture yields for me way more than holiday ornament- they are visual reminders of moments in life. Price point was low and came safely packaged. Bottom line? Thank you. More orders to come!

Review
To me, the picture in the ad looked like it was a figurine. To my surprise, it was just a photo copy of the subject on the picture I submitted and adhered to a plastic outline. In my opinion, very small for the price.

My Dad Turned 80 in November and we had…
My Dad Turned 80 in November and we had a photo that included his Children, Grand Children and Great Grandchildren! How often does that happen?! Anyway we had both formal and a little bit "crazy" group shots I loved your "this is my Family" ornament and felt the Crazy photo was a perfect fit!! Not only is your customer service informative.... but I loved receiving fun quirky updates keeping me posted along the way! The final product was amazing and now each family in the photo has a memento of a very special day with our Dad/Pepere! I will definitely be a repeat customer as well as share the website with everyone!! Keep doing what you're doing!!

Greek wedding ornament
My niece got married in Greece in October and there was a very special picture of the bride and groom taken there and I wanted something personal that would memorialize that moment. I saw an ad for your company and loved the photo ornaments...especially the cutouts. My niece was so excited to receive that ornament and it went straight on the tree. Paid expedited processing fee of $33 on…
Paid expedited processing fee of $33 on a $20 product. Company didn't send out item for over 10 days, same as it would have been with standard processing fee. Requested refund of difference since it arrived so late and they take zero ownership. They KNEW they were enticing people with a steep processing fee of "reduced time" in order to get holiday orders that they weren't going to honor. No recourse against this company since they are overseas. Just total garbage customer service. And the product is VERY mediocre
