I ordered one ornament of a family gathering and it was so wonderful I then ordered additional ones for each of my girlfriends to commemorate a fun girl's trip we just had. Had a problem with inscription on. bracelet They graciously redid it with wording that fit better. It came out perfectly beautiful better than I could expect. Great customer service to offer me that no additional charge. Followed up with me. Would refer
