I love them!
I love the ornaments that I have bought from Agiftcustomized! I have ordered 9 ornaments and they are all wonderful! Each of them was a Christmas gift for different members of my family. There were smiles, tears, and many thanks as they were opened! The quality is great! One of the ornaments was from an old picture and still turned out beautiful! I will definitely order more ornaments from AGiftcustomized!

Ornament has a film on blank brown side, peel off
I was disappointed when I originally received the ornament, it was printed on one side and brown on the other. I read the email and watched the video that stated peel film off of glossy side, there was no glossy side. I emailed the company and they promptly responded and advised me to peel the film off the plain brown side. I did that and am pleased with the product.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY
I placed an order on 12/12/23 and paid $32.99 for expedited shipping for delivery by Dec 24. My package sat here at DHL WAREHOUSE IN Denver from Dec 20 until it was delivered on Dec 27. I have emailed this company more than 4 times asking for a refund for the $32.99. I have only received an email back offering me a discount for next purchase👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The ornament that I ordered was the last picture my Dad took with my daughter and granddaughter. He passed away before holidays. They did a wonderful job. My daughter was overjoyed with her gift. While the delivery part seemed longer than normal, it was worth the wait. Thank you so much!!
