BEWARE!!
BEWARE!!! The ornaments DO NOT look like the website. Customer service will tell you it states 2D not 3D but that is not even the problem. The problem is the item is very small and the art dept did not do a good job with the picture. You can see the plexi or whatever the material is on the back of the item from the front. This ornament is just like the ones that hang in the mall for sale for the holidays But these are not well done. Also it was a Christmas gift and I received it late. Customer service could care less about any of the issues.

Christmas ornaments
It’s our first Christmas as a married couple and the ornaments I had made were from our wedding photos. The picture was clear and well done and it arrived in a very timely manner. Also the company has great communication! May get more ornaments or other items in the near future!

Custom ornament
I had ordered a custom ornament of the picture of my fur baby who we lost this year. The ornament is so cute, it'll forever remind me of my lovely pup and will now be a part of our christmas tree from here on.

Beautiful Gifts!
I had ornaments made for Christmas gifts and everyone LOVES them! The pictures are clear, colors are crisp. They were delivered in a timely manner, and the packaging was secure. One recipient has already asked for the website so she can order gifts for her family! I plan on being a repeat customer!!

Have not received merchandise in a month, and keep getting told it will arrive "shortly". Status has been saying "in transit" for a month, with no ETA. Avoid this company!

Fun gift and great customer service!
I love the custom ornament I ordered from this company! And I really love the thoughtful notes of care that Alice sent during the creation process, shipping, and even at the time of delivery! Horrible business!
Horrible business!! I ordered 3 ornaments. It took a ridiculous amount of time to get them ( nearly a month) One of them came with an arm cut off in the picture. The picture was sent to them so that the arm wouldn’t be cut off. I asked for the ornament to be re-done but after waiting a week for a response I was told they would only give me a discount on future items! Why in the world would I order from them again if they can’t make the first order right!! My daughter ordered a similar item from another company after I did and received her order in a week!! And they had communicated with her to make sure to get the order correct! Don’t use this company! Go elsewhere!!

Piece of trash
The ornament was a piece of frosted plastic with the picture glued to the back. You can’t see the picture through the plastic and if you look at the back, the picture and lettering are reversed. It took several weeks to receive and I had to keep asking for it after they said it was delivered. This is a scam!!
