I'll be honest - the picture that showed up in my Facebook feed looked like a 3D replica, and I bought into it without reading the actual description on the order page. It ended up being a rather cheap looking flat plastic ornament, and they didn't even crop out the bottom from the picture. I mean, I'll still display it, but was really disappointed to have paid that much for something I could have printed and laminated myself for a lot less.

The ornament is 2-D. It’s a cut out kind of like a Christmas cookie cut out. Unique. picture quality is good especially after you take the film off. Too many emails. And it took about a month to get. Still a fun and unique gift.

I ordered one to see how they looked and it came out fabulous I absolutely loved it so I went ahead and ordered three more but was disappointed when they arrived only one sided? I don’t see that I ordered a different style so I don’t know where the mistake happened but disappointed I spent $90 out there one sided. :(

Ordered a customized ornament as a holiday gift for a friend. It turned out well, but did not appear as it was supposed to. I had received an email from the company indicating the ornament is covered in a “protective film” that must be removed to see the full-quality ornament. I followed their video instructions, but found this film IMPOSSIBLE to remove. I was scraping away the picture itself, and could not find a “film” layer separate from it. I tried seeking help by replying to the emails, but I got AI-generated auto-responses instead. Couldn’t get a single hint of actual customer service. I asked them to send me a new ornament without the film on it, since I was finding it impossible to remove myself and their instructions were useless, but the AI just told me “no refunds.” Would have been absolutely perfect if they just sent the ornament as it was without this ridiculous “film” layer, but since they did, and they have no actual customer service, not much else I can say except it’s a 3-star experience.

Order for 6 ornaments was placed on November 10. #AGCS145440. I paid for priority shipping. On November 14 I received an e-mail stating order was on the way. I was very excited as this was sooner than the website had said to expect product to be out of production line. Last update on tracker was Nov 20, 2023 09:47 am Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item. Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 7:47 pm on November 19, 2023 in CELINA, TX 75009. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package, CELINA,TX,75009. Have received no further updates. I'm very disappointed in the service. Had hoped I would have a good experience and was planning on ordering other ornaments for Christmas gifts but wanted to see the product first. Don't think I will use this company again.
