Cutest undies ever!
I ordered customized undies for my sweetie for Valentine’s Day and am beyond pleased with them! They are so cute and perfect, and his reaction to them was even better than I hoped for! I received emails keeping me up to date with the progress as well as shipping. I knew almost immediately when they were delivered and since I had them shipped to him that meant a lot. Will definitely be ordering again and would recommend to anyone!

I ordered custom crocs from this…
This company has blocked me on all of their social media sites! This company is a scam! ordered custom crocs from this company. I received 3-4 sizes too big! They ignored me telling me it was my error. After research, I found their sizing chat was incorrect. They finally agreed to correct the error & ship me the correct size. I got the replacement much later & the sizing is still wrong! They blamed me again, but their understanding is the issue! Their now ignoring me once again! Please assist me with getting my refund! I hate this company!

I would also give them a 0 star
I would also give them a 0 star. On November 2, 2023. I place 2 orders for the exact ornament. The 2nd order was done incorrectly as was the replacement of the 2nd order. They send me an e-mail acknowledging its their fault but want me to send more money for shipping to get what I already paid for. I was told if I want a full refund I can send the incorrect ornaments to their warehouse in China at my expense. I would never recommend doing business with this company. Its now January and I'm now having to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office (since their not BBB accredited) to see if this can get resolved They should have corrected their mistake and made it right. Thank you Trust Pilot and Ryan Cooper Customer Service Rep for A Gift Customized for you quick response in resolving the above matter. Within a few weeks I received the corrected ornaments,

I love the door signs
I love the door signs, they are a perfect size and nicely made. The only thing I’d add is, they need to take a little more care in centering the hanger. Communication was excellent! Thanks! Kay
