I received the two ornament that I ordered this week. Upon opening the package found out both ornaments had the writing on the children’s clothes backwards. One was a cheerleader the other a golfer. After spending around $40. I can’t even give the grandchildren their ornaments. Really disappointed. I would have thought quality control would be on top of things.

I ordered a twin sized quilt from Vantique and was billed by AGiftCustomized. Vanitque's website advertised quaint hand quilted products. I ordered a twin sized hand-quilted blanket entitled "whimiscal chicken." The quilt that I received was not hand or piece quilted, instead it is an irregular sized piece of fabric with a printed pattern of chickens on it and random irregular machine stitching running all over it. A complete scam. Vantique's customer service offered to give me a full refund if I shipped the quilt back to an address in China. I originally paid $79.99 + $10 for the shoddy piece of fabric. Shipping and custom charges to return it to their China location is more than what I originally paid. Customer service said Vantique (again, I bought from Vantique but was billed by Agiftcustomized) is headquartered in the US but custom orders from "artisans" all over the world. When I asked for the company's US location and/or State of incorporation, I was ghosted. They took my money and ran. Buyer beware... to the extent you can be from these two sham internet companies. If I could rate them less than one star I would.

I purchased a bracelet with a picture of my son. The picture I uploaded is resized and in focus to fit perfectly. The design of the bracelet is practical to wear everyday and for any occasion. The shipping time took a couple weeks but it is a custom item, worth the wait though. Customer service is also really quick to respond if there are any issues.

Do not buy from Vantiques! I ordered a cute "chicken" king size bedspread. It came printed in the wrong direction so that the chickens go across the bed, not from the foot to the top. Looks ridiculous of course. Package came with no return information, no return address, nothing. This is a rip-off site.

-Fake storefront / Vantiques.com -Horrible cheap products look nothing like what is shown in AI filtered photos. -No Refunds or Returns policy, but I filed a claim with PayP and backed it with photos of the junk they sent me from a crappy looking house in Chicago ( Thanks, GoogleMaps). - Bait and Switch tactic, - Fake reviews in their webpage. - Better stuff available at Dollar Store -> CAUTION: before you buy ANYTHING online, read fine print about Refunds/Returns. Do your homework before you lose money and time and have to deal with SCAMMERS.

When I saw your ad, I knew I needed one of these ornaments; or two, or three. I was hesitant ordering since I had never seen ornaments like this before, but I HAD to give you a try. After all, these were pictures of the happiest couple ever, on our honeymoon and wedding day. We did those two events in the order mentioned. Not the norm, but neither are we. Last year, Steve and I escaped for a weekend away. It was already previously planned as a celebration for another special reason but then plans changed. On our way home on Tuesday, we met with our best friends at the courthouse to get married. It was sudden, but after already dealing with the crazy planning of a wedding and choosing venues and available dates, we decided that this was the way to go. This day was about US, and after all, this day being the one year anniversary since we were told that I was 100% cancer free, it was definitely our best choice. So, having already done the "In sickness and in health" part, with our two friends present, and with my son's approval and his presence through the magic of video phone calls, we got married. The best wedding ever. Shortly afterward, I saw your ad and I was instantly sold. So perfect! So us. Not just a paper photo stuck in a plastic frame to wither and tear on the tree over the years. Something to last; year after year. The whole process ran smoothly; especially with the wonderful updates I received throughout the steps of the ornaments being created, smoothed, polished, packaged and sent; and then to even have a follow-up email to explain the removal of the protective cover. You did it all. We had the perfect Christmas ornaments... but Christmas? When it came time to pack things up for the year, I had inadvertently hung them each on a lamp until I had a chance to pack them away, and there they stay. We see them every night as we turn on our living room lights. Their new, forever place. To remind us of our perfect day and weekend. My only regret? That I hadn't gotten more of them; but that of course, will be remedied this year.

The new portrait leopard nurse purse was beautiful! I ordered it on July 5th. It arrived after her birthday because I did not allow enough time! My next order I will consider the time! She and I loved it!!! BTW this is her 2nd nurse purse! She wore the other one out!!! LOL I also ordered the Love Nurse Life - Personalized Custom Tote Bag! She loved it also! Nice size and quality!
