Prompt Service and Great Results
This company provided great communication from the start of the process; a proof of what work would look like, updates on timelines once proof accepted, and then updates on the delivery, which was also prompt.

The sign came in 5 seperate pieces
The sign came in 5 seperate pieces. i had to fabricate the pieces together so i could hang them all with one hanger... A little mis-leading from the pictures
Response from AFCULTURESJun 19, 2024
Dear Robert, First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for the recent issue with your signage. We deeply regret that we did not inform you beforehand that your sign would be separated into 5 pieces. We understand this is not the experience you expected, and we take full responsibility for this oversight. We want to rectify this mistake and hope you'll give us the opportunity to do so. We have tried to contact you via email but there is no response. Can you give us a chance to compensate this mistake for you somehow? We look forward to your reply soon. Thank you for your time and consideration.
