Unfortunately I have the worst experience I order three sign for my company en red color ( paid $1000) and came out in black. Now in order to do right this time they have told me that I have to pay half of the total amount $ 500 . This is an acceptable why customer should I paid for Afcultures Mistakes. After posting the reviews with one start Andrew texted me and he fixed the issues

The product is what we expected, and is much appreciated. It took almost 4 weeks to arrive, and that is the reason for the lower rating. I had to contact Afcultures twice to check on if the product was made (2 weeks after we ordered), and when it would arrive (2 weeks after that). Otherwise, we are pleased with the product and company.

OH BOY were to START, 1. My order was not here when it said it would be. 2. Can not track the item unless you have an app downloaded and then it is still impossible. 3. No one answers the phone sooooo (is it even a real phone number) I emailed them and ask for a call back.... NOPE no call back. 4. I finally recieved a few email's but was still unable to track my order. Imagine that. 5. Price is very high for what I received - I had ordered the 36" x 36" Metal Jesus on the cross, but it was so thin that it would bend very easy if you were not careful, Was not as large as it shows in the picture and I understand 36" x 36" but it was not that wide. No screws or anything to help hanging it up with either. For the PRICE really, you should throw in a few screws that would match so that you could camouflage them in with the item. I gave this product 3 stars ONLY because it did look like Jesus on the cross, but that is they only reason. Now lets see if I get the same automated responce like the ones I have read on everyone elses experience's that they posted. If they ask for our ratings and opinions then they should at least READ them and give a personal responce. Thank you.

Great product and am happy with it. However, I was not happy that the product is produced and shipped from China. Unfortunately I won't be doing business with them again because of this.

It disappointing when you don't receive a product and no one's available to tell you why. Worst experience with ordering online. Never received my order. Nothing else to be said. Order ##AF2796 Please note I received a refund. Items were lost in mail.
