All in all we had a good of experience with AFCultures USA. Our only complaint was a few minor blemishes with the placing of the LED lights…there were two light units that were visible. Other than that everything was great.

I found AF Cultures on Instagram. Initially, I was somewhat reluctant to work with a company that was online only. My doubts were eliminated once Layla took on the project for us. We needed two different signs for the exterior of our building. Our climate is challenging because we get very cold and very warm. The signs came to us as promised and looked great. The quality of the product was top notch. The price was very reasonable. The 4 stars is simply because I don’t know how well they will function this winter.

When my sign first arrived, it had a couple of dents in it. But they went above and beyond and sent me a new sign fixing the issue, as well as a replacement piece to fix my old sign. I am very happy with my experience, and the only reason for losing 1 star was that the first product had some minor blemishes. But they more than made up for it. I definitely recommend this company for your 3D lighted signs.

So far I'm pleased with product. It looks good in office. Sign appears to be solid. I'm hoping to get long life out of this sign.

Quality product and good communication equals great value. I've used this company twice now and I'm overall happy with the results. Only issue I had was the mounting system is on my 6ft. 3D sign. The tongue & groove style mounts were very close tolerance, and the ones already mounted to the sign, the screw heads protruded too much. They must seat perfectly flush, or they may lock against the other screws on wall mounting side. This will make removal very difficult without damage. Only reason I removed one star.

UPDATE: As disappointed as I was in my initial experience, management has proven that they have earned their positions as they have gone out of their way to improve my overall experience with AFCultures. From dealing with the manager of customer service to receiving a phone call from the cofounder of the company, they have PROVEN to me that they ARE, in fact, concerned about their customers and have exceeded my expectations in doing so. With that, I am increasing my rating to 4/5 stars (from 2/5) as I still have to be honest about my overall experience. At this point, I *WOULD* be willing to recommend AFCultures and I *WOULD* also purchase from them again. ORIGINAL: I have to start with the positive because, frankly/sadly, it is short and doesn't make up much of the review. The CNC work is fantastic, as is the electrical behind it. It lights up beautifully in the dark and I'm looking forward to displaying it at my shows. When my shipment arrived (a week after final payment was submitted and after I reached out to my "salesman" about the tracking number), the electrical connector for the sign's power wire was broken off in the transformer connector. Despite my efforts to explain to the individual in charge of their customer service, they didn't understand what I was trying to relay. They insisted that this MUST have happened during shipping (it wouldn't have been plugged in during shipping so clearly that was false). Finally, I sent pictures and clarified for the 3rd time what the issue was and they FINALLY admitted that it "COULD have" occurred at the production facility prior to shipping and offered to allow me to send it back to them to have it repaired. It was a crimped connector; at this point, I had already corrected it and wasn't sending it back to Taiwan over this issue. They offered to refund me a percentage of my total, which I declined. My main concern was that I simply wanted them to acknowledge the possibility that they made an error since they seemed so adamant that they didn't. Until today (8/2/24), I was content with what I had until I attempted to attach it to a stand I built for the sign. The cable system that was attached to the sign fell apart once the hook system was taken apart to shorten the cable to proper length. After an inordinate amount of time trying to put it back together, I removed the cable system completely and invested in another fix altogether that would be solid and would hold the sign firmly to the stand. For the amount that I paid for the sign, I would've expected an all around better experience but you live-and-learn.

It was easy to give the logo and know it was being taken care of without hassle.

The quality is solid and everything seems to work properly, but the sign is made in Vietnam. We were under the impression it was made in the US.
