The wall logo came well packaged in a padded wooden box, with a template, wall anchors and screws. The template was not accurate and created problems with installation and grand opening. Initially I was not happy with the lack of communication to my email but when Helen reached out she was under the impression that my concerns were already addressed because I had been in communication with someone else in the company. I’m glad that my concerns were heard and that a solution was offered.
