Close but no cigar
It’s a beautiful sign, but the light colour on the one side was wrong. I just wanted white light everywhere, but they did orange on one side. A little disappointed about that so I don’t turn the light on. I just use it as a steel sign.

Hi Steve, after checking carefully we would like to clarify that you have already approved both the design mockup and the final product video, and the sign has been produced exactly according to the approved design with no changes or differences. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the sign, we are still willing to support you by remaking the small piece and changing the LED lights to white at the beginning of the letter P on the sign. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we're happy to make these adjustments if needed to ensure you're fully pleased with the finished product.

The sign came in 5 seperate pieces
The sign came in 5 seperate pieces. i had to fabricate the pieces together so i could hang them all with one hanger... A little mis-leading from the pictures

Great metal work, Not so great wiring
I paid for express shipping and it took a month and several emails for it to come in. When I received it, it was very nice metal work, however, the lighting job was not so nice. I could see the light strip sticking out around the sides of the cutout and the wiring had to be set a certain way for the lights to stay on. I still really like it but I am disappointed with their customer service and the workmanship on the lighting.

Awful packaging
They really need to rethink their packaging. It was put in a thin flat packaginging, my art came in the mail bent in almost a V shape, they need to put it in something more sturdy. The company are slow to respond and doesn't really help. After days of trying to straighten it out I got it almost there.

Incorrect Product Dimensions
The product is advertised as 12 inches and that dimension is used as the largest length of one side of the sign. After receiving the item, I measured myself to find that the largest diameter of the sign was barely 10 inches. While it looks incredible, the dimensions are horribly advertised. Awaiting some sort of customer support for answers.

This is not a US small business.
Item I received is very nice and relatively fast shipping. The reason I gave only two stars is because this website is not for a US small business as the website would lead you to believe. This is a China-based business. I have nothing against buying from anyone's business regardless of their country. What I did not like is that the website is designed to make you think you are buying from a US business. That is not ethical in my mind. I was ready to purchase other items but I will not be doing so now.
