The signs are not square the…
The signs are not square the measurements were over a 1/2” off. Not pleased I reached out and told yall and nobody cares. I wasted 800$ on two signs that don’t look right

We purchased a large sigh for my shih tzu kennel and the sign rusted! I had to sand it down and repaint it!!! Will not buy again!!!!!!

To be specific, as per our policy, our warranty period for signs is 2 years for the metal part. Regrettably, we are unable to offer a warranty replacement in this case. However, we would like to propose a solution: we can provide you with a replacement sign at a special discounted rate. Our sign has been upgraded during years and we believe you would be pleased with our new quality of product. Or for the more economical option, if you don't want to buy a new sign, we could refund the amount of repainting and fixing fee of your sign now for you. I reached out to the company with a…
I reached out to the company with a detailed plan on some "stenciles" I needed. I recieved an email with the quote. Nothing mentioned that they were not talking about not doing the stenciles. I paid the quote and then I got some graphics. Not what I was in this for and I am out the money for a product I don't need. Waste of time and effort.

Ordered a sign for my son who will be…
Ordered a sign for my son who will be attending cullinary school in the Fall. The sign came and the lights never worked. I tried to email them but the contact section of their website shows an email but when you click it there is no email and goes in a loop. I found a phone number and left many messages. Never once did they respond. What a scam! Now I am stuck with a sign that does not work!

Ordered December 12th and still waiting…
Ordered December 12th and still waiting to receive my order. Tracking says it’s stuck in New Jersey since January 3rd. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Still waiting to receive my order
I ordered my custom sign & fox metal sign on November 19th, 2022. I’m still waiting & it’s February 3rd, 2023. The tracking information says ‘In Transit Arriving Late’ which was last scanned December 11th in Texas. The package got all the way to California where I am just to get denied by USPS due to insufficient postage amount from the sender. I’ve been asking and sending emails because I’d rather have my product over having to dispute this with my credit card company. I’m very disappointed and will have to cancel the charge. I was even going to be part of their ambassador as I was going to use it on my Twitch channel. 6/17/23 Update They replied saying they resolved it. I reached out to them multiple times to try to resolve the situation. They never did. They never called back or emailed to try to get me my product. The only resolution I was able to get was a refund through PayPal. I'm willing to give you guys another chance if you'll reach out to me about getting the product to me. Don't post lies about you having resolved the situation when it is not true.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.
SCAM. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Read the fine print—terrible policies and refund process. Not Shipped from USA. This is my experience that’s still ongoing. Ordered from them on December 8, 2022. Order Still Processing December 14th – I emailed customer service because it seemed fishy. Their reply: “Our standard production time is 10 days. Shipping time is 10-12 days” Their factory is in Vietnam not the USA, so expect the shipment to send from there and that's why it takes so long. I asked for a refund. They DO NOT REFUND while processing. Nor do they refund custom items. (mine wasn’t custom). December 23th – 15 days later it is finished processing (fine, it’s Christmas, they are busy) and a label was made. December 27th – 4 days later, the package hasn’t shipped. It is technically out of “processing”, so I again ask for a refund. No response. December 29th – Packaged shipped. January 6th – Packaged received. I just wanted a refund, so I didn’t open it. Requested address to ship back to for a refund (they have a 3 DAY policy for refunds). DHL sent it from Texas, but I don’t trust the “Jone Doe” Texas address. January 9th – No response. Sent another Refund Request. January 12th – No response. Decided to open it to get the full experience (Make sure you video it or they won’t offer refunds for damaged goods): The 14in sign is 14in x 1in. Hot glue is everywhere. No battery for remote, so don’t know if that works. Light turns on at least. Packaged it back up and STILL waiting for address to return it to. January 19th – No response. I contacted them on facebook.
