The website is super easy, however I placed the order on 10/21/2022 and have gotten nothing saying it is on back order or anything else. The status just keeps saying processing and asking me if I want to re-order.

Item was on back order but I was told it would only be delayed two weeks. I did not receive and now the time is extended to 3 months. If I had know I would have looked for another vendor. I need my AED batteries and am in a precarious position not having the equipment I need.
