Great place to buy. Purchased a refurbished AED. When it arrived, the AED was clearly refurbished, tested, cleaned, etc. But the soft case it came in was filthy dirty! It looked like my 2 yr old's car seat after 6 months of not cleaning. It was disgusting. Not sure how it got past quality control....But after a simple phone call, I was put in touch with the service department and they immediately apologized, let their team know what happened, and sent me a brand new case at no cost. Mistakes happen, but this company made sure to make things right. I'd buy from them again.

I ordered the recalled pad replacements. They sent the right pads in a very timely manner. thank you.

After looking extensively for the AED batteries we needed, Cardio Partners was the only one I found that listed the product "in stock." After taking my order and money and paying extra for express delivery. I received an email stating the batteries were temporarily out of stock and the expected shipping date in a month out. I would have continued to look or just used our regular vendor if I had known this in the first place. They did offer 10% off my next order for the inconvenience, but I won't spend money with a company that plays the bait and switch.

I am very pleased with my service with Cardio Partners. I was struggling to find a battery for my AED, many sites reported the battery was in-stock but after calling they would tell me they were actually out of stock. I called Cardio Partners and the customer service was excellent. They answered my questions and the stock status was accurate. I was able to get my battery in a timely fashion!

Had someone in the industry tell me that due to supply chain issues, it would be a long time before we would be able to get a replacement battery. We were extremely excited and grateful that we could order online from Cardio Partners website and have battery delivered in 2 days! Thanks so much!

I haven't heard from this company for over a year. I used to get monthly emails when a monthly service was due. That stopped quit sometime back. Nor sure what happened. I also used to have a contract with you on the AED warranty. Not sure what's going on there either

Quick and easy info and testing. Material is presented in a simple, understandable format. The program is not intuitive, you cannot “pre answer”. There were a few glitches, where you need to reboot. The program did not automatically give the certificate. Make sure you take a picture of your competition! You will need it when you CALL to have them send you the certificate. Customer service is friendly and helpful.
