Our customer service representative, Barry Stewart was great! He helped me return an item and suggested a new AED that fit our needs. I purchased that item on the spot! Good customer service is lacking these days, but Barry was very helpful and I would rate him as as rare in his efforts to help resolve my issue. I will continue to use Cardio Partners as my vendor solely on my interaction with Barry.
