Sold me a school package that did not include the carrying case. The description does not specify that it comes with it but in past purchases it came with the case. Now it is an extra $176 and by the way that unit is now obsolete and they will no longer manufacture pads or batteries. Now I have an expensive anchor without a case. How could you be expected to grab the AED during an emergency and not have everything you need in a case. Run back and forth till you have everything you needed.

I did everything asked of me for two weeks just to be told that my church's tax-exempt code was not acceptable. I then sent a copy of the tax-exempt certificate and was again denied. I was not given a reason why it was not acceptable. I have never had an issue with the code being denied. The item ordered was very important, so I just gave up and ordered it while paying the taxes.

I ordered the package for training in error. I was attempting to sign up for the certification program. I called the company to correct, (12 hours after placing the incorrect order) and was told I have to receive the package and then return it. I have also been charged multiple times to the same product I do not want. This is an awful display of business practice.

Too lengthy , no need for test too

I was told if I sent our tax certificates that we would not be charged tax. Well on checkout our cart showed no tax. Then when I entered my credit card tax was charged. Being a federal agency, I now have to go through a arduous process to get the tax refunded.

The two times that I called inquiring about subscriptions and tax both people that I talked to were less than enthusiastic to help but feel like it wouldn't matter who called they just didn't seem like they wanted to be at their job. This is not the first time I've experienced that about a year ago when I bought an AED same thing. Anyway no one is helpful and you get the run around every time you call. They say they will take taxes off due to us being tax exempt and our clients but then never do so you have to fight them and end up disputing their charges. Always a hassle. I've never really dealt with any other company that is like this and I deal with a lot of different people.

Could not down load the test. Could not get help from customer service to get a refund. They just took my money.😢

I ordered new replacement pads for two AEDs that were also purchased from them and instead received two sets that had less than 2 years serviceable life remaining. I contacted them and they said they would ship me two new sets of pads and asked for photos of the unopened packs which I provided. Then a few days later they emailed me saying they would not replace them after all since they had 75 percent or greater remaining shelf life. I paid full retail price for pads that had 100 percent (2years) remaining life. If you’re going to ship me old product that has 75 percent life left then I should get a 25 percent discount or an appropriate amount based on remaining useful life. The seller did not replace these as promised when I contacted them so I will shop with their competitor from now on.
