We needed new pads for our AED unit and while they were on backorder, I feel I got accurate information and did receive the pads within the timeframe that I was told.

Updated - I did finally receive my AED order. It was late due to some back ordered parts. I wish AED.com did a better job helping me work through the other options to avoid such a delay. Terrible experience. Apparently the AED I ordered is on backorder, for months now. They have already charged my credit card. I asked for a refund multiple times (which is part of their policy), i have also requested to change my order for something in stock and I only get a response saying that my order is on backorder. If this negative review doesn't get me a refund, I will be contacting my credit card company to see if they can help.

I ordered my refurbished ZOLL AED Plus on March 9. 2023. I have not received the unit and when i called today the customer service person could not give me any information about when it would ship, how many units were ahead of me in the queue. Disappointing at best.
