Harrow Health ADHD Distressing Experience - Part 2
This is a follow-up to my original review about my ADHD assessment with Harrow Health. After the awful experience I had, I raised a formal complaint in early June. It has now been over three months, and I am still waiting for a proper response. The only communication I have received was a generic holding email, with no meaningful update, no timescales, and no indication that the matter is actually being addressed. For a service that works with vulnerable people seeking mental health support, this is deeply concerning. The assessment itself left me feeling distressed and unsupported, and the handling of my complaint has only reinforced that negative experience. To leave someone waiting for months without communication is unacceptable in any professional context, but especially so in healthcare, where compassion and accountability should be at the forefront. This level of delay gives the impression that they hope people will simply give up rather than push for answers. It raises serious questions about the organisation’s processes, standards, and duty of care to the patients who rely on them. If this is how complaints are handled, I dread to think how many other individuals are left without a voice or proper resolution. Mental health services must be responsive, transparent, and professional. Harrow Health has shown none of these qualities in my experience. I strongly urge others seeking ADHD assessments to look elsewhere for care that is respectful, compassionate, and timely.
