I wouldn't recommend at all quick to diagnose and not give you the medication. Get zero help and takes over a hour to answer the phone. STAY WELL CLEAR. Not at all a good company to be with.

I was already diagnosed and titrated privately, so I know exactly which medication works for me. I could no longer afford to stay private, and I only found out Right to Choose existed after that. I chose Harrow Health because they were advertised as the quickest provider. I completed all my pre-assessment forms at the beginning of June. Four months later, I've received nothing but automated emails. When I asked for even a rough idea of my wait, I was told they can't provide any further information if I call or email, and that I should keep checking their website. I understand ICB activity plans are outside their control, but being unable to give any estimate, after promoting themselves on speed, is a real failing. The impact has been serious. I've been unmedicated for months, I've lost two jobs as a direct result, and I'm finding it harder to cope day to day. Without a timeframe, I can't plan or decide whether to look at other options. If you're considering Harrow Health, ask for a realistic timeframe in writing before you commit, and don't rely on the "quickest" claim.

Harrow Health are a complete shower of sh1te. Like many others on hear, I chose them through right to choose. A quick initial response, and then they wanted 2 quick tests done before prescribing. The tests were done in February, and it is now nearly October and even after calling and emailing them, I still am no further forward. Don't be fooled by their slick "no waiting times" bs. You would be better off not doing anything.

Harrow Health are appalling. My daughter picked them through NHS Right to Choose for ADHD medication assessment. She has already been diagnosed and picked Harrow Health as their waitlist for medication assessment was not as long as others and we are local to them. After weeks of not hearing anything, my daughter went on-line to see if she received anything. I was with her and she clicked the i don't want an ADHD asssment button as she was thinking she just needed medication and the system just took her off immediately !!! Her profile disappeared and everything. We called them straight away. After waiting 27 mins for someone to answer the phone, I was told by a very unhelpful and rude person called Charlie that there was nothing she could do and to go back to the GP and start the referral request again. My daughter was supposed to be going to University this weekend. The whole process has been going on for nearly 2 years. I asked to speak to the manager as the button was literally just pressed and was told that Mandy was unavailable to talk to me andthat she couldnt do anything anyway. I am totally disgusted by the attitude of the staff member. She needs to be trained on how talk to people, especially people who are vulnerable and neuro-divergent. My daughter is in bits trying to cope with the thinking it could be another year before she gets any help. This has one phone-call has caused her to spiral and set her back, she doesn't want to go to university now. I am devistated. NHS need to employ and train decent staff.

Quick to get diagnosis through but didn't accept previous diagnosis. Purely greedy for money not keen to help people. After an assessment i was perscribed nonstimulants (having already treatment set up with stimulants, clinic didn't follow). Now i cannot get in contact with clinic. Multiple emails- no response. Previous working emails no longer accessible. No response to the phone calls (30min waiting on the line without response should be more than enough) I do not recommend

Quick assessment from Harrow Health but awful customer service upon any issues with medication. Contact via phone is almost impossible and when you get through they can be rude and dismissive. They have also said that their emails are unmonitored, and they are unable to access their office for letters sent via post - which can leave you out of medication on occasions, and makes medication reviews difficult.

Very disappointed with Harrow Health’s customer service and medication continuity. I have been prescribed Concerta XL, with 36mg being the dose agreed at my last clinical review. I subsequently received 54mg in error, which I still had left over. After running out of my 36mg supply, I used the remaining 54mg and have now completely run out. I submitted a medication request at the start of the week, and was meant to be contacted within three days, but I had to call them to chase up. After being on hold for half an hour, I explained that I had completely run out of my prescription and had been struggling to function. I was unable to get out of bed for three days due to weakness, fatigue and low mood, and was due to travel abroad for 2 weeks in a few days time. I asked for the matter to be escalated to a manager or senior member of staff. I called again on 27 August and made the same request. I was not offered contact with a clinician or senior member of staff. Instead, I received a text saying they could not see me before 15 September. I understand that appointments can be limited, but I find it very concerning that after reporting that I had completely run out of medication and was struggling significantly, the response was simply to wait nearly three weeks for an appointment. I also feel that the process for ongoing prescriptions and follow-up appointments has not been explained clearly. My last appointment in April was around 45 minutes late, and I have previously had to chase Harrow Health for prescriptions rather than having a clear process for maintaining continuity of treatment. I am now going abroad for two weeks without my medication, despite repeatedly contacting Harrow Health and asking for the situation to be escalated. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, particularly when I would expect a healthcare provider to respond appropriately when a patient reports being without prescribed medication and experiencing a significant deterioration in their ability to function.

Honestly the worst clinic! The admin team are so unhelpful and rude. I have needed a response from a a doctor to allow me to restart medication and it’s been close to 6 months and I asked if they could try and contact them again and they go we can only email, not call so you will have to contact them - which I have obviously tried many times. They just go well there’s nothing else they can do. Worst thing is they made my GP stop being able to prescribe so I have been without medication for 6 months and no one seems to care!
