Add-On DesignReviews of add-ondesign.com

Utter crap. Both came without magnetic housings. Didn't work. Promised replacements. Nothing. Avoid this scam. 15 emails sent and heard nothing till I left this review. Claimed money back through credit card dispute team .

the equipment is reasonable priced and is easy to connect and set up. the only real criticism I have is promotional videos and social media posts show a magnetic holder being used mount the tag. this isn't included when you purchase the item. the adverts are a little misleading in this aspect

Sent wrong product and absolutely useless customer service . Avoid total rip off company delivery by waste your time . I finally got a reply 10 months later and they ask what can they do ? Seriously 10 months later ?????

Ordered their trackers that were advertised with magnetic cases. Received today. Got 2 cheap Google compatible trackers that I could have bought for under a tenner on Amazon or eBay, not worth the £30 paid. Didn't get any magnetic cases either as advertised. The main reason I ordered them. False advertising and seriously over priced for the product received. Can buy the advertised product on Amazon for half the price. AVOID

I am very happy with the trackers, but when you advertise them with a magnetic cover, it should be supplied with one or offered for sale at additional cost. It wasn't.

Wrongly ordered IOS tracker immediately emailed company to change to Android unfortunately IOS was sent contacted company to try and rectify my error eventually replied and resolved the situation thanks

Ordered a couple of tracking devices. They arrived just before I went away on holiday, so at the moment I’ve not tried them nor downloaded the tracking app. Delivery took a long time as the trackers originated in China!

Received a fault product the sensor didn’t work, customer service was bad they didn’t resolve my issue and I still have a faulty product.
