Will not refund my money once the insurance paid the claim. They state my refund is too small for them to issue.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! CAN'T EVEN GET A PERSON ON THE LINE. IT'S PRESS 1,2,3,4,5, ETC. GET REAL PEOPLE TO ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONES. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PLACE TO DEAL WITH.

I only used this company because of insurance. It took two months after sleep study for them to get me machine and mask. It would have been longer except my insurance company and Dr office kept calling them. Person at store was rushed and basically said this is what you are getting. No choice whatsoever, even for the cpap mask. Every person you speak with has a different answer.

This company got forced upon me by my insurance company after I got a CPAP. They call constantly under the guise of checking on your "therapy", but really they're just trying to sell you things you don't need. They will lie and tell you things are covered by insurance, only to have them send surprise bills weeks after the equipment is delivered and being used. They allow their sales staff to call and say whatever makes people agree to orders, then toss in a "but we have a disclaimer in the call about co-pays and deductibles." Do not trust this company. They are dishonest salespeople who do not care about your health, are not working with your doctor, and are trying to scam people who just need health care.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO! They have billed me for items I didn’t order or receive.. I called to complain multiple times and finally had to order a new CC…

I live in Lake Stevens Washington and about 6 months ago I would have gave you a flat out 0 for calling in a problem. But the people who interact with the people in person are the best. . Today when I called in saying that our lights were off and need help both and parties were on it like nothing. Within 2 hours we had what we needed. I'm so thankful you were there. Thank you Joe for caring for the people you serve. I really wish I know you're last name to give you the credit you deserve and the other gentleman that help you. Love the team work. You take the crazy worry out of losing our lights. Thank you again Gregory Winchester

This is the worst company ever especially Jacqueline bryant. My claims were processed wrong and I advised them they were being reprocessed and they charged my credit card 409 bucks and won't reimburse me. My insurance told me they sent them the EOBs and that there is no way they didn't receive them and Jacqueline bryant told told me they didn't receive them, then demanded I show them proof of the EOBs. I am filing complaints with The PA Attorney General, The PA Insurance Commission and The BBB.

They always ignore my problems and shut the phone in my face and I have a lot of problems that I need to solve.
