Mr. Rayon Scarlett was a really good technician, came on-time, polite person, took his time giving a very good explanation about the bed, we are very happy getting our first product from this company.

The drivers were careful, kind, and considerate. A pleasure in such a stressful time.

This company sent my bill to a debt collector . A bill that was not owed. I got nowhere with anyone I spoke to. They kept telling my account was in asset recovery but no-one seemed to know why. First I was told it was due to non-compliance then I was told the reason was due to a $ 80.00 bill , a bill that I was not aware of and lastly I was told that I needed to have a face to face appointment with my doctor. At one point I thought the issues was resolved after speaking to an agent but then I received a bill from a debt collector saying that I owed $ 800. These people that are working for adapt health are incompetent . The departments do not communicate with each other and they have no clue what they are even talking about when you call.

The delivery went smooth. The gentleman was very patient and kind and very understanding cause I wasn’t there at the time of delivery, but he understood and waited for me to get there. Quickly put the bed together. He was great! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
