I am at my wits end with this company. They have called me 12 times in the past few weeks saying I owe them money. I don’t owe them money for another 6 days! I have told them to stop calling me, they still call me. I am not the kind of person to just yell at someone doing their job. But EACH time they call I tell them to STOP CALLING. I have spoken to their boss and told them but it still happens. They are harassing me. I work at a sleep center. I see patients everyday, fax pap supply prescriptions to them for the patients. I don’t hear anyone complaining about them calling so often. I am changing my dme company. I no longer want to use them for my supplies or my cpap.

I have been trying to reorder medical supplies for insulin and have experienced the worst customer service. I have called the company thee times and been on hold each time for more than 45 mins where I finally gave up. I then tried their “new app” and what a disappointment that was too. One day it worked and then next two days it didn’t. Then I was told my medical supplies would be shipped on the 15th of the month but the app still shows the order as pending with NO tracking number, even though I have ordered supplies from the company for years. Ever since Adapt Health bought out the company I was using service has been awful. I will take my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

Amaryllis Is a very pleasant person and knowledgeable about the product. She addressed all of my concerns until I was fully satisfied. She insured that, before she left. I was very comfortable with the mask features and settings She is a true asset to your company.
