Coming asap means a lot when you breath…
Coming asap means a lot when you breath is crucial, also Justin had to bring one wed 4/19 I believe.however the equipment should be serviced so no breakdowns. 2 in 1 week.

Ali was very good In all the way, as a teacher, she explains very well easy to grasp or understand how the machine works. She has a good knowledge about the machine. In general excellent!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am placing an order for my 87-year-old father-in-law and it has been a nightmare. I have called 3 times to do this. The first time seemed to go great but there was a charge the employee didn't think was right so she was going to send it to review and would call me back the following Tuesday. But -- she never called back. And when I called to check on things, the order was not in the system - and the new employee said I had to have a Release signed by my FIL for them to talk to me to place this order. SO - 12 hours later (late at night) I finally got the email with the form to fill out, which we completed the next morning and sent back by email as they requested. I then called to place his order again. My Release had not arrived in their system yet (seriously?!) - but thankfully after hearing everything that had happened, this employee allowed me to at least prepare the order. And then, there was a charge that was higher than expected (he has Medicare & a Supplement that should mostly cover this). So -- now his order has gone for the insurance company to review and they will call me on Monday to let me know our cost on the order. (This feels like dejavu). After that, I ask if they need his credit card information now or Monday and he said "there's a card on autopay on this account." Which makes NO sense as he's not ever ordered supplies from them before. He couldn't give me information about the card but gave me billing's phone number to figure out what card was on file -- but alas, Billing couldn't talk with me because my Release hadn't been entered in the system yet. (Oh My Word!) I have invested over 2 HOURS on the phone with this company and have yet to get our order placed! Ironically, my husband also gets supplies from them and I'm pretty certain we'll be looking for a new supplier soon.

Having trouble AND no additional filters to change as recommended. Called and gave message to male for therapist to call. No return call. Sent email to therapist; no reply. Obviously once you take possession of machine you are on your own.

The staff is awesome. Answered all the questions I had and properly showed how to use the machine. I was so excited to get the machine home and working. Thanks to Mel it is going to be a breeze.
