The hospital dropped the ball on ordering the chair. They also claimed my Insurance company wouldn't pay for it, even though I pay $1,000/mo. for extra coverage and all the other patients said they do. Everyone my wife spoke with was very nice, including your Driver.

Adapt Health is the absolute best company that I have been involved with in quite some time. Their staff is wonderful and always ready to help and answer any question. Not only are they well informed, they are so courteous, professional, timely, and extremely nice and caring. I appreciate each and everyone on staff.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ive been waiting for cpap supplies for over a month. Every time I call I get told something different. I was told I would receive a call from the rep on my account today and what a surprise another lie no call received. Im not sure if the staff is incompetent or just lazy

The company uses another company to verify orders. But the verifying company take over 2 weeks to text you to verify the orders. Every order that I have ordered has been WRONG and it took forever to get the correct supplies and at times they were delivered to the wrong address. If I could order my supplies from another company for the same price I would. This company SUCKS.

I wouldn’t even give AdaptHealth one star, but unfortunately, that is the only way I can leave a review! I am currently waiting for my portable oxygen and was told I would be given a delivery timeframe. I called at 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM, and again at 12:30 PM, only to be told that they would reach out to their supervisors. No one could give me a timeframe or a clear answer about when I would receive my oxygen. When I asked for the supervisor’s name so I could speak directly with someone about how upsetting and unacceptable this situation is, I was told they could pass along my phone number and have the supervisor call me back. I should not have to repeatedly call and chase someone down just to get basic information about an essential medical device. This is not the first time I have experienced this kind of treatment from AdaptHealth. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency is extremely frustrating, especially when patients are relying on their equipment for their health and well-being. Patients deserve better than vague answers and promises of callbacks that leave them waiting without any real information. AdaptHealth needs to improve its communication and take its responsibility to its patients seriously. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and stressful, and I would not recommend their service based on my experiences.
