Scott checked the air machine and left extra connectors with easy cleaning instructions. Also reminded me to clean dust from back of machine. He also replaced a few empty air tanks.

The office was nice a clean, I was greeted with a warm welcome and see shortly after I arrived. Mrs. Lenore was amazing, very professional and explained the set up very well. Made sure I understood everything and was very personable with an amazing personality and spirit. I can tell she loves what she does, it felt like I was being assisted by a friend. This is all new to me but I felt confident by the time I the office.

Great job explaining a CPAP and fitting

Mrs Lenore was excellent in all areas! She confirmed my mask was too large! She fitted me adjusting head gear also showed me how to check my machine pressure. I am very pleased.

Telehealth interview was informative and answered all of my questions concerning use of new equipment.

Both technicians were excellent. Courteous and explained everything. Would recommend to anyone.
