Even though the bed wasn't what my mother thought she was getting Steven was very proficient and professional explaining all of the aspects of the equipment and making sure it was correct and safe fort my mother. He cleaned up after himself and removed all the packaging so I didn't have to.

We had a problem with our oxygen concentrator for our infant after regular bussiness hours. Their response was quick and they where here in less than 24 hours with a new concentrator for her.

Everyone went above and beyond if I could name them all I would, Isaac Carolina, Amber, Zach, Isaac it was just off the chart kindness whether it was physical therapy, nursing information. It was just phenomenal. Thank you for taking such good care of my husband.

Kind and friendly and knowledgeable

Rehab ordered a wheelchair for when my husband was discharged. Upon arrival I told the gentleman that the 50 lb+ wheelchair was too heavy for me to get in and out of the car. He suggested I call and swap it for a transport chair at no additonal charge. Eleven months later then send me a bill for $280.00 claiming that they had no documentation that my husband needed the equipment. This was after they collected 13.69/mo for 11 months from Medicare. Funny thing - I went on Amazon and looked upthe model number and found I could buy one new and delivered for $119.15 - same exact model. I told them to pick up the chair. What a rip off.
