Beginning in January 2023, I have frequent problems receiving my diabetes supplies. In January, they were shipped to another address. The only reason I knew is that the person who received the shipment, called me asking if I was due a shipment. It took several weeks to resolve the problem. In June, I was due to receive my next 3-month supply, but still, despite many calls and "live chats," by July 14, I still haven't received my supplies. Prior to 2023, all payments were withdrawn automatically. Bi-weekly, I would call and ask why payments were not being withdrawn. I learned today, seven months into the year, that their billing system had been upgraded and all credit information was lost.

Very helpful and informative I have been using it more than 20 years. First time to receive information on the use of the unit.

Alex was my CPAP associate and he was outstanding ! I have been wearing and interacting with CPAP specialists for 15 years and by far he is the best ! He is very knowledgeable as well as patient is dealing with my issues in obtaining a good fit for my mask. He is so good that I put his name into my directory in order to ask for him again next time.

My experience was outstanding. Brian was excellent. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable and confident using the equipment. He also took the time to find the right mask for my face. We went through four different ones until I decided on the one I thought was most comfortable and could use.
