Quick delivery to my door.

I have had the most horrible experience with this company. I can NEVER get through to them on the app which they suggested and I can barely get them when I try calling. Every time it is time for me to reorder my supplies it takes over a week to process even though none of my info or insurance info has changed. I am currently on hold with them now while writing this review. Been on hold for over 20 mins. Its crazy to have to go through so many hoops just to get medical supplies. At one point this was not this hard. Now it is hit and miss.

Terrible customer service, I have been on hold for over an hour several times, Don't waste your time with these people, since I have called they have hung up on my X3, transferred me to someone else without me knowing and still cannot help me with my order

I needed a mask swap out and Mark and Lauren took the time to properly fit me and I'm very excited looking forward to a great nights sleep.

I was lucky enough to get Tom from Newport, Vt to deliver to me. He was extremely helpful and answered many questions I had as this is the first time I’ve ever used oxygen. His customer service skills were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I feel like I can finally breathe because I don’t have to worry about running out. Thanks, Tom!

Leonel was excellent at explaining the device and the instructions. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service!

If I could give negative stars I would It took 2 weeks of phone calls to finally get a portable oxygen device delivered to me and it was delivered 1 day before I had to travel and only because my wife told them she was going to file a complaint. Then, to top everything off, my device was delivered without batteries which we didn’t realize until later in the night when we unplugged the machine and saw that it turned off. Horrible horrible service. I had to take a big risk and board my plane without oxygen

The people were very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood everything!!!
