In the 5 years since I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, this is the very FIRST time it was explained to me how & what the machine does & the operation of it for home use. Juliette is an awesome teacher & does not leave a question unanswered. I was overwhelmed by what I learned in our brief visit [ & had no idea what I did not understand about SA, until she explained every detail to me today... She is an asset to Adept Health!!!

John White delivered my oxygen, concentrator and my portable oxygen. He took the time to explain each machine to me. I feel comfortable with them now. He also reassured me that Quality Medical would be available whenever I needed them.
