I'd rather deal with Xfinity or Verizon. First attempt to order oxygen and CPAP from this company. 2-3 weeks for CPAP shipment to arrive. Oxygen was scheduled to be delivered next day, Aug 1, 2023. Called for an update on time of delivery and no one could verify anything. The ignorant woman I spoke to made my choice to cancel very easy and I cancelled both orders. Billing told me oxygen order was delayed when no one else admitted to having a clue.
