Nothing but headaches, mostly with billing. They push online notices with only an invoice number, no explanation of the service/product you are paying for. Finally got them to send a paper bill with the service listed and the amount. I pay when I get the bill but the delay causes their collection agency to harass me with daily phone calls. It is a different person in a different location every time. They NEVER get it right or fix their problem. I will NOT pay a bill based only on an invoice number with no idea what I am paying for!! Worse company I have ever dealt with.

The quick service, polite customer service. The only problem is there aren't enough freezer packs in the shipment By the time it was delivered the packs were warm & melted.
