David was very courteous and informative on the equipment. It's my pleasure to be doing business with them again. Please remove Craig Goodlett's name from this review as he is not involved at all!

First off, the office environment is so beautiful in both design and function and is kept very clean and tidy. Secondly, the person who introduced me to my CPAP equipment was very friendly, as well as great at providing me with step-by-step instructions on how to use the equipment, including info I needed to know about how to maintain the equipment, get replacement parts, fulfill the Medicare requirements to eventually own the equipment, as well as letting me know about the 5-year warranty. I walked away feeling confident that I new everything I needed to know to be successful with this new adventure that I was about to undertake. I feel like I really got the red carpet treatment that I wasn't even expecting to receive in the first place. I definitely came away a happy camper, as well as a happy customer, looking forward to spreading the good word to others! R.D.
