Danny has gone above and beyond his duties. He set up the bed perfectly and explained everything. When we ran into an order issue he quickly resolved it to my satisfaction. I’m under a lot of stress and Danny really made a difference to relieve at least one part of it. He’s also friendly, kind and patient. His job can’t be easy dealing with so many people who are care givers.
