Before receiving the request for a Review, I was talking to my daughter about what a great experience I had with Adapthealth(Aerocare) I called to them to request a replacement of the oxygen adapter for my cpap tube, mine broke, within a couple of days I was supposed to get it via regular mail… what was my surprise ? Two hours later a technician was here delivering personally 3 extra replacements free of charge… wow that’s what I call excellent customer service.

The Technician is professional and doing great. He is friendly with the customer.
