Honest answers to questions that my previous provider would have hedged on. The person who helped me had a sense of humor and was a pleasure to work with. I look forward to our next meeting. Everything was ready and waiting for me and was clean. Cannulas were provided automatically, which was nice because I'm used to buying those myself.

Service was prompt and professional. Delivery and set up by Mr. Justis was quick, efficient, and very courteous. The lady at the Richlands office was kind and informative. Would have given 5 stars but the billing department(third party) was lacking in customer service skills and not very helpful.

No customer service for CPAP. You just get sent in a round robin of phone extensions to the “sleep coach” department who don’t know anything about the machines. My Resmed Airsense 10 is malfunctioning and I can’t get any support to fix it, or warranty info. All of these positive reviews are phonies. Just read them. If you look elsewhere than trustpilot you will see that most people think they are a TERRIBLE company who just want Medicare money and not patient suppot

This company provided a hospital bed for my daughter when she was discharged from a facility without any notice or planning. They worked as quickly as possible to get us the bed, they worked with the insurance co for coverage. The reason they didn't get the 5th star is because they don't give a window, delivery and pickup is the whole day.
