It was easy to make an appointment, and explanations about finances were made over the phone before I even went. When I arrived, Jeff was waiting for me, and had everything ready. He explained the new machine, when I should replace items, how I will be contacted and then answered all my questions. His explanations were clear and concise. Thank you!

The woman that brought it up to my room at the hospital was super nice. She helped me get it set up to my level and showed me how everything worked and how to fold it up. Like I said she was super nice and great helping me with all the questions I had regarding my new walker. So Thank You for the very positive experience!!!
