Did a job showing how the suction machine works.

The technicians are awesome. I didn't give a 5 star review is because of their appointment process. You pretty much waste a whole day waiting. They schedule you a date well in advance, they call you the day before to confirm your appointment. The day of your appointment they call you between 8-11 to tell you they will be there between 12-3. It's pretty much a whole day wasted.

They reached out to me during transition from one provider to another.

New Cpap Machine This was my second trip tp Adapthealth at the United location in St Paul, Mn. to get my new machine. I was assigned to Jeff. Great person to work with. He does not stop until he gets you set up perfectly. Using the cpap machine can be very difficult without a determined representative. Do not give up. It can be adjusted to make it work if you have the correct advocate. Ask for Jeff, he is extremely knowledgeable and will not give up on you or your machine. Great experience for me. Thank you Jeff. Manny was very knowledgeable regarding the mask fitting and the machine. Very polite, understanding and helpful. I really appreciate all his help in finding the right fit

Chip was very knowledgeable and took great care to make sure I understood how to use my new machine. He was very pleasant, personable and helpful. He answered my questions and did a very complete and clear explanation of everything.
