Your representative Anthony Harris was very thorough and addressed my concerns. He made me feel at ease while going through the CPAP machine and mask. He made me feel confident about starting my CPAP journey and told me it would make me feel more energetic and less tired all the time. I would recommend him to anyone needing a CPAP. Billing Dept. is the worst! They sent my wife 3 emails for the same invoice # with different amounts. Why not send one with the total amount. When you total all of them up it's over her $30 dollar copay. This isn't the first time we've had issues with them.

They were very prompt and courteous in the front desk. The svc is quick,I do suggest call before you go out to let them know what day you are picking your medical equipment up. Our dr let them know what day,and I called half hour before arriving,and they had our walker within 10 minutes from the back of the bldg door.
