The tech was very knowledgeable about my problem for my regulator would not seal, and he recognized the problem right away. He brought me all my oxygen bottles that I asked for and my nasal line. Very nice polite.

Customer service is no existent. Billing goes through a third party service located in the Philippines whose representatives have trouble understanding English and hang up on you when you ask for a supervisor. You can't talk to anyone at the company who will help you. All they care about is billing you and getting everything they can. I swear their re-supply department representatives are on commission since they try to sell you everything you don't need

Eva-Lyn was informative and very through with the entire process. Sha detailed each step of the setup and had me also participate with the fitting and setup of the Capac machine. She answered our questions and made sure I understood all of the operations and cleaning processes. I was comfortable about the machine and it's use when I left her office.

Leah and Danny were very helpful in get me set up they are very dedicated
