Have dealt with since I got my CPAP years ago. Have been professional in a lot of ways, but they were doing borderline illegal activity last summer when I was told they didn't need to bill my insurance. I was fine paying out of pocket for the supplies, but wanted to make damn sure what I was paying went towards my deductible. It took months of phone calls and my insurance company calling them to finally get them to bill my insurance. Who refuses to bill an insurance company if you have insurance?????

I had no issues at all. First time user

You all came right away and got us going with no drama. Although we are not new to the oxygen game, you made sure everything was set up and running before you left and that we were well prepared.

Tayon was professional and courteous. He did what he was told to do to fix our issue. Changed the water tank and tubing. Not sure if this will fix the problem. My concern is with the unit itself ( the Resmed AirSense 11) . The unit was replaced once and the second machine had the same issue with the humidifier, it stopped working.So, I now have the second machine and the replacement parts. Will contact you immediately, as I was told if it doesn’t work properly.
