the Delivery drivers always do a GREAT job. They go above and beyond what I would normally expect. they bring the tanks all the way up onto my porch.

We initially ordered the hospital bed out of pocket, but understood from your own agent that it would be partially covered by Medicare if we submitted the appropriate forms. We did so, and even with numerous phone calls, this was NEVER resolved. I was told twice that a manager would call me, but they never did--very poor customer service. We found a different hospital bed, and were glad to part from this company.

The technicians are always incredibly helpful, polite, and friendly. They work around my work schedule, which is very nice.

Steven is a wonderful person, and it was such a joy to have him as our medical equipment delivery driver. Extremely personable and professional. I am genuinely sad that I won't get to see him anymore. He is a star employee that you should be proud of. And every representative that I have spoken to on the phone is wonderful as well!
