From initial order to delivery it was flawless experience. James, the technician who delivered and set up was thorough in his explanations and patient answering all questions. He is good ambassador for company.

AAA+!!! I usually see Michael Germano when I visit. He helps me with CPAP issues. He is a master at fitting masks! He is respectful, competent, always welcomes me with a smile. The rest of the staff are pleasant and helpful. The store is clean, well-organized and brochures on various subjects are on display. Were I not retired, it would be a place I might consider working. Great store, lovely, knowledgeable staff. This store gets an AAA+!!!

Incredible experience. I cannot remember his name (can’t wait to get a good night’s sleep) but very compassionate and was invested in making sure I left with a system and mask that I understood and was comfortable with. Would highly recommend this office.

I went to the office yesterday to clarify usage of my bipap & determine if I need a full face mask. Joe was so very helpful and answered all my questions, even some I didn't know I had.
