Receiving the Bi-Pap on April 3rd was very informative. Stephannie was great. She took her time and was patient teaching non-technical client and his sister how to work the new Bi-Pap. If it wasn't for her, rating would have been two or three stars at the most. The sleep study to determine a Bi-Pap would be helpful was on FEB 8TH!! The original appointment to get one was originally scheduled for March 20th - way too long when we were trying to determine why he had to sleep 16+ hours in a 24-hour period to stay somewhat awake the rest of the time. We are hopeful this is the answer but if not six weeks have gone by just waiting.

Crystal was great!!!! She was very Instructional and self-explanatory She has a great personality and is very pleasant to be around.

The company representative/delivery driver/ technician was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable and he imparted knowledge in a way that was easy to understand. My wife and I were very impressed with him.
