The appointment went very smoothly, the staff was very informative and helpful with questions that I had

my wheelchair was delivered directly to my hospital room for use when i was discharged and at home. When i was finished with it all i had to do was make a call to the company and they scheduled a pickup. Nice & easy. People were pleasant and easy to deal with.

The young man that delivered my equipment was excellent.

Hassan Hounane did a very good job with resetting my machine to get the date corrected. He also assisted with some settings that were locked and explained about how the controls worked and how to make changes on climate. Hassan also provided a new face mask because the one I have doesn't fit well. He showed in full pressure mask leak on my old vs new. I am looking forward to the new mask and changes. Very grateful to Hassan for providing the assistance he did.
