Professional, courteous, quick, easy, prompt and service man had great disposition. He also gave me plenty of notice for his arrival - which I really appreciated. I gave it 5 stars anyway, but, i didn’t expect to have to wait so long for them to come and get the extra oxygen. My placement is so small and they took up a lot of space

My technician Lenore is amazing. She is knowledgeable, caring and competent. Follow up is essential and Lenore will call me to be sure that all is going well. She monitors my results remotely and will contact my doctor if she feels his prescription requires adjustment. I am thankful to be working with her as I’m a first time user of the BiPAP machine.
