My technician was on time for the appointment. He went over the options available to me for a face mask. He then took the time to fit me a mask. He listened to my concerns while fitting the mask. I believe we ended up with a mask that should be a good fit.

Very knowledgeable on the issue. Went through the issue and replaced the mask with different style. Felt like more pressure.

I received a text message indicating when the delivery would be made. The driver showed up within 2 minutes of when he said that he would be here. He was friendly and courteous. Perfect!

Newport office has been amazing!! The owner and staff are also amazing! Willing to go above and beyond to provide me withe the medical equipment i need in a timely manner. Cant say enough out the level of service there. Adapt health corporate should grant them an award for best branch or office! This is a review of all their services since becoming a customer!

It was impossible to contact customer service on the phone. I will not spend a minimum of 20 minutes on hold. However Nishal rated 5 stars for his promptness, his pleasant demeaner and his knowledge of the inogen unit.
