The CPAP equipment was sent quickly. All the supplies were in the box. My Representative Laurie did an awesome job explaining everything. I was very impressed. Thank you.

Overall it turned out good but I had numerous texts from different people/numbers but no contact information for where I was going in Ft Myers or who my appointment was with. I finally called a Texas number, I think, and got info for the ft myer FL office. I didn’t have a phone number or address of where my appt was until I called them.

The company has been very good to me and brought me the things that I needed to have. Thank you for your time and help in my matter

Worst company I have ever dealt with! They sent me incorrect supplies then build me incorrectly. Previously I got a letter saying I was turned over to collections when I checked my bank records I had paid the bill two months prior. Called the collection company they told me I'd have to talk to adapt. Talk to them waited two days for them to call me and say yes it was paid and I was taken out of collections. Called collections to verify and they said it was true. Then a few days later I received a call from adapt saying that I still owed the bill. I told them I had paid it it was taken care of I talked to collections and it was not in collections. She said she would check she said I owed the bill. After much back and forth she agreed it had been paid and it was their mistake. Now I'm having issues with another bill. I need to find a different company to work with I can't trust them or their billing and it's hard to do business with a company when you can't trust what they're sending you or what they're saying. I would have given them zero Stars if possible so frustrating. The date of service I listed is approximate.

On time and very efficient.
