Keith was great! He found out that the original order was done improperly. The original driver not only went to the wrong address but had an incorrect order. Keith straightened the order out, delivered what was needed, went over everything, left me the booklet for my new concentrator and gave me the number to reach him if I had questions. Keith was so pleasant and I am extremely grateful. Thank you Keith!

My visit had the potential to be an absentee disaster because I missed the turn to Cornell Road and drove about 15 minutes out of the way. I called and was told there was no need to come because I would not be able to be seen. In spite of being told not to come, Iturned around, found the building, went in and was invited to the class.My goal was to be mnimally disruptive. Marla was very patient with me and didn't imply in any way I was keeping her longer than she was supposed to be there. She was very kind and her teaching skills were at maximum. I really appreciated her taking those extra few minutes with me and I can't wait to go to sleep tonight and awaken in the morning fully rested...for the first time in several years. Kudos to Marla.
